Trailhead drop-offs
I'll leave you at the start and be there at the end.
A one way walk is a much better walk when you do not have to loop back to a parked car. I drop you at the trailhead and I collect you where you finish.
Before I did this I guided hiking and kayaking, which is how I know the trailheads and which walks are worth your morning. Tell me the walk you have in mind, or tell me how long you want to be out and what you can handle underfoot, and I will tell you honestly what suits.
Drop-offs are priced per run, agreed before you get in. Everything is booked ahead, so there is no meter and nothing to sort out at the end of a long day on your feet.
The Doolin Cliff Walk
The most asked for one. You walk it one way along the coast and I meet you at the far end, which saves the doubling back and means you can take your time on it.
Three Burren walks I drop people to
If the Cliffs of Moher don't interest you, these will. They are quieter, they are stranger underfoot, and you will have most of them to yourself.
- Mullaghmore. The terraced limestone hill in the heart of the Burren. Tell me how long you want to be out and I will time the pick up around it.
- The Caher Valley Loop. A walk through the only river valley in the Burren, and a good one if you want the place without the climbing.
- The Lough Avalla Farm Loop. A working farm walk, and the sort of thing people are still talking about at the end of the trip.
Pick ups that actually happen
Weather changes, legs get tired, and walks take longer than the internet says. Message me on the day if you want collecting earlier or later and I will work around it where I can.
Where the walks are
Tell me your dates and I'll price it.
Everything I do is booked ahead, so the price is agreed before you get in and there is no meter running. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me.
